• Oak posts, perimeter and independent main eaves beams
• Oak main eaves beams
• Oak Tie beams
• Curved oak braces
• Oak pegs planed hexagonal and hand whittled to a taper
• Pad stones are solid natural purbeck stone quarried, sawn from block and hand tooled
• The frame carries a 20 year structural guarantee
• Softwood timber includes studs, rafters, lower aisle eaves beam.
• All Protim clear treated pine is properly marked as stress graded (GS/C16).
• Nail connections are all made using zinc plated nails.
• Weatherboarding is pressure treated with medium brown preservative after sawing.
• This can be left as an acceptable finish.
• Boards are tapered ex 200mm x 38mm.
