1. Initial enquiry by telephone. Brief discussion on outline requirements and size along with intended use. Information provided on Planning (and avoidance) along with budget cost guides.
   
   
2. Incoming letter. A basic dimensional sketch provided by customer along with helpful notes and a photograph of existing property.
   
   
3. Detailed quotation returned to customer subject to site visit.
   
   
4. Customer accepts quote and requests Planning services from us if required.
   
   
5. Site survey and detailed brief from the customer.
   
   
6. Drawings approved by customer and submitted to Local Authority.
   
   
7. Planning obtained (not always necessary).
   
   
8. Full order placed for the building.
   
   
9. Frame arrives on site along with all joinery.
   
   
10. Erection completed
