A basic dimensional sketch provided by customer along with helpful notes and a
photograph of existing property.
- Detailed
quotation returned to customer subject to site visit.
- Customer
accepts quote and requests Planning services from us if required.
- Site
survey and detailed brief from the customer.
- Drawings
approved by customer and submitted to Local Authority.
- Planning
obtained (not always necessary).
- Full
order placed for the building.
- Frame
arrives on site along with all joinery.
- Erection
completed
